Leslie Hass is a Board Certified Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with over 35 years of experience. Leslie offers healthcare services for patients 13 years and older, with her focus on mental health issues such as dementia care, psychiatric care, medical care and drug rehab/recovery. Leslie’s passion is to help manage and negotiate terms relevant to mental health and senior care by staying current with legal and regulatory guidelines relevant to the senior population. Leslie’s goal is to provide an accepting atmosphere for patients with sever mental health issues for a comfortable and calming visit where healthcare needs can be met.
Leslie earned her Registered Nurse License through the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls. After years of on hand experience, including 14 years as an army nurse reservist, she completed her bachelor’s degree at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. Leslie then obtained her master’s degree in nursing as an adult geriatric nurse practitioner in 2015 from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN.
During Desert Storm as an activated army reservist Leslie was stationed in Berlin, Germany as a First Lieutenant. While in Berlin she met Darrell Hass, later becoming her husband for over the past 28 years. Together they have 10 children 8 boys and 2 girls.

Julie graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2007 with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Julie spent 17 years working primarily in an Intensive Care Unit. She Spent 8 years teaching at the College of Souther Idaho’s nursing program. Julie is excited and dedicated to work in the Mental Health field with PERMA in Twin Falls. She enjoys knowing that she is able to positively impact the lives of patients.
