Sana graduated from the College of Idaho with a Masters of Health Science. Sana became intrigued by cultural anthropology, believing that academics alone did not make a great physician. She studied abroad in Cuernavaca Mexico, learning how to become a compassionate, multi-cultural, empathetic and non-judgemental clinician. Sana speaks Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and Spanish.
She graduated from A.T. Still University of Health Science with a Doctor of Medical Science. She developed a passion for integrated care, knowing a sense of well-being is within the psyche. Sana has past experience working in urgent care settings and experience in managing acute and chronic medical conditions in the adult and geriatric population with comorbid psychiatric illnesses.
